The Toyota Motor Triathlon Race Car '04 is a Hydrogen-cell-powered concept car produced by Toyota. It only appears in Gran Turismo 4 Prologue and Gran Turismo 4.

This car is showcased at the Toyota dealership, but is not available for purchase. It must be won by winning the 4WD Challenge. In this game, this car can only be used in ArcadeIf this car is used in Arcade Mode races, the player will face only one opponent car instead of the usual five opponents or Practice modes. It can't be used in the races of Gran Turismo mode.

- The Toyota Motor Triathlon Race Car was the first hydrogen powered vehicle to make an apperance in the Gran Turismo series.
- In Gran Turismo 4, the nitrous can't be applied on this car; it also cannot be sold, only discarded from the garage.
- In the Gran Turismo Special Edition 2004 Toyota Demo, a demo based on Gran Turismo 4 Prologue, the Motor Triathlon could be driven on a possible beta version of Grand Canyon that included tarmac sections. It is worth noting that due to the car's special status, it cannot be driven on any rally course during Gran Turismo Mode in the final game.
