Volvo Cars is a Swedish car manufacturer based in Gothenburg. The manufacturer is currently owned by Geely (bought from Ford in 2010). Volvo is known for manufacturing strong, safe, and reliable cars, managed to make numerous safety milestones (some even call Volvo cars as a "Swedish tank" due to their fame in having strong bodyworks and excellent reliability).
The manufacturer made its series debut in Gran Turismo 4.
Though Volvo never joined the Vision Gran Turismo project, one of the brand's designers shared photos of a Vision Gran Turismo study. Information regarding the vehicle is not indicative whether it's still in the planning stage or coming at all.[1]
Despite the brand being introduced in GT7 in an update, there are no logos pertaining the Volvo brand logos in the Brand Logos section of the livery editor.
